Out of Hours

Junior Deans

In an emergency or crisis outside of working hours please visit or call the Lodge at 01865 276444. They can contact a Junior Dean for you or help you get the right medical attention.

999 / Mental Health Helpline

In a medical emergency, you should call 999 and give an accurate location then inform the Lodge. See more below.

You can also contact the NHS urgent mental health helpline

  • Calling 999 in an emergency

    1. Call 999
    2. Give an accurate location to the emergency services – using the postcode and/or what3words.

      Lodge: OX1 1DW (Pembroke Square)
      Schild/Rokos: what3words mock.aura.place
GAB: OX1 4NJ (Longford Close, Whitehouse Road) or what3words length.deny.cope

Tell the emergency services exactly where you are within College (quad, staircase, room) - what3words helps to provide a precise location.
    3. Inform the Lodge of any 999 call - 01865 276444
